Insync 3.0 no status/tray icon

Recently upgraded from the 2.0 beta to 3.0. There was no tray icon so I performed a clean install this morning via: insync_3.0.19.40421-bionic_amd64.deb and insync-nemo_3.0.13.40201_all.deb. The problem persists.

Dell XPS 15 9550
Linux Mint 19.2 Cinnamon
sni-qt is installed

Edit: Still no tray icon, but I was able to enable icons in the applications and startup lists by changing “Icon=insync” to “Icon=insync-folder” in the relevant .desktop files. I’m guessing that an icon that was supposed to be bundled in the installation is missing?

Also happens to me, some times the InSync icon disappears but not always.

Hi @blkpws Hi there, are you able to replicate this? If yes, would really appreciate a screen recording of this so we can duplicate the scenario.
