Insync 3 beta Linux with onedrive, incredibly slow

Hi, I am using the Insync 3 beta. I am trying to Sync approximately 10,000 files. Unfortunately it is very slow, I am on a symmetrical gigabit connection. I am using Manjaro Deepin, but I had the same issue with vanilla Deepin.

The initial sync for finding the items takes a very long time, and the downloads don’t seem to be moving anywhere.
