Ok, fix is out, you can read it up on AUR: AUR (en) - insync
The issue is caused by QGtkStyle, run qtconfig-qt4 and change your GUI style to something other then GTK+
It worked for me perfectly fine. I can remember a large upgrade on qt4… Why use qt4 in the first place, it has always been a giant pain
