Hi, I use paid version of InSync on 2 computers and few android devices. I realised, that for weeks (!!) InSync randomily deletes files that I have on OneDrive. This deleting happens around 4AM (when I am sleeping) and means I can find those files in OneDrive web trash. That’s totally unacceptable as I use OneDrive in my business! Help me recover lost files and repair it.

You can recover the lost files in two ways: via OneDrive web trash and/or your local folder’s trash folder. Please also send your log files to support@insynchq.com with the link to this post. Include the following:
- logs.db
- out.txt
- Name of files/folders that were deleted
Please comment on this thread once you’ve sent the requested information so I can cross-check our tickets if it has come through.
