InSync does not launch on windows. Even if I start it manually nothing happens.

Could you let me know the following:
- Insync version
- Windows version
Furthermore, can you please try to uninstall Insync then reinstall? Does that help launch the application? For Windows, check if you can see the tray icon - you may need to expand the hidden icons. Then from there, you can click the Insync logo and launch.

I have windows 10 and Insync 3.7.
I uninstalled and installed it again. It did solve the problem for some time but I am seeing it again. The logo sometimes never appears and sometimes it appears after a lag.
It has become kind of buggy and slow. It used to work great and had a very good experience.
It is still working great on my Ubuntu machine. Seems like a window-specific issue.

Could you send your logs.db and out.txt files to support@insynchq.com with the link to this post? The logs on your Windows 10 machine can be found by searching for %AppData%\Insync
. Click the Windows logo on your keyboard and type that path in the search bar.
I have sent the files to support@insynchq.com. Hopefully, this can be resolved soon.
