Insync does not automatically sync exported files (specifically video) from Microsoft Powerpoint (2013) unless I force the sync, move the file out and back into the synced folder, or I think rebooting my PC also works. Files that are saved as usual (i.e. “Save”, “Save As”, …) seem to be syncing immediately as expected, but the files exported directly to the synced folder don’t sync automatically.

Is the issue resolved by the new updates we have? Please send us your logs.db and out.txt file to support@insynchq.com and we will investigate what causing this.

I sent the requested file and never heard back. This is still a problem as these exported files still do not sync unless they are exported outside of the sync folder and then moved into the sync folder. This causes issues with unsync’d files and missing files on Google Drive.
