Insync doesn't reopen

I’m using the latest version of insync on debian and whilst it does start I’m unable to open the interface and tryin to exit doesn’t actually work, instead the process stays open.
I have already tried reinstalling it with the --purge option. Once reinstalled it opens once then if I close it and try to reopen it won’t work again. I’ve tried both 1.5.1.37343 and 37344.
Insync also uses 100% of my CPU now.

The issue started when insync tried to sync a symlink I had in the folder. When I can open the interface after reinstalling it shows an error “Can’t sync file - bad request” or something to that effect.

Hi @lugia19!

What is the path of your default sync location and where does the symlink point to?

Thanks!

The default sync location is /home/user/Desktop, the symlink was a link to the trash folder (.local/etc/Trash I believe). Thing is the symlink has already been deleted.
