I installed Insync and sync some computer folders with Google Drive (Shared Drive). Approximately 400gb of files (about 200 thousand files). Now, Insync just doesn’t open. I do not know what to do.

May I know if you’ve checked if Insync is running in the Task Manager somehow? If it isn’t, are there any error prompts popping up when you try to run Insync?
Please also send your logs to support@insynchq.com and include the following files in the folder:
- logs.db
- out.txt
- data folder
- live folder
If these are too big for an attachment, feel free to send us a link so we can download these.
