created new topic cause previous was with no reply.
Insync-headless creates folders recursively which I have unchecked in selective sync(and restarted insync). I have 10tb so it’s impossible to sync anything because it’s still creating empty folders while I’m just waiting for the one selected.
@Grzegorz_Stencel Please send us your logs.db and out.txt file to support@insynchq.com for us to investigate what causing the issue. PLease include the link of this post.
It seems there’s an issue with our support email handler, causing your mail to be assigned to me but not appearing in my inbox. I have replied to your email, apologies for that.
Hi its really shame . I reported bug months ago and still don’t have any answer from insync.
The problem still occurs.
Can I get any reply from insync “support”.
I think you have just forgot about me.
I am evaluating Insync with the view to roll it out across 2 large organisations. I am having this same issue. It worries me greatly the slow response other users are having in getting support requests responses. What subscription level are you on? does support times increase / decrease with $ spent? Either way, disgruntled users and a product that does not work in evaluation stage is never a good look when you want to spend $$ with a supplier!
PS, just noticed that the previous user was having this issue in a linux enviroment. I am having the same issue in Windows.
I don’t think they care anymore. wasn’t solved for 3 months. What is reason of releasing not working tool. Or maybe it was just released for users having just ten folders across whole gdrive. I left it for 2 nights but it didnt work at all it behaves stupid when trying to sync folders was counting “items to sync” from beginning all the time.
I believe the only problem is that they did not implement recursive setting of selective sync. I don’t see that as a bug, just an (important) missing feature. I opened a topic to ask for it.
