Insync Headless fails to register atexit [under investigation, roll back to 3.2.7 for now]

@decjustin I’ve followed up with our Linux Team to get a better idea on when the fix will be released. Thank you for your patience!

@Ian_MAC Hi! I don’t think I got your email :frowning: Let me DM you here!

Still waiting to hear back.

I’ll post on this thread as soon as I have received our engineer’s updates. Thank you for your patience and apologies for the delays!

It has been a month. Any update?

and now another month and still no solution.

I encountered the same issue so I try to downgrade to version 3.2.7 as suggested but it seems the installer is NOT compatible with debian trixie.

# apt-get install insync-headless

So please @mia, I have 2 requests:

  • can you please let us know when a new working version of insync-headless will be available for all linux users ? The 3.2.7 version is 3 years old ! Can you release a newer version based on insync 3.9.8 ?
  • in any case, please make your apt package install correctly on debian trixie.

In the mean time I’m stuck because I can’t reinstall 3.2.7 or even 3.2.8 versions, apt won’t let me through because of the dpkg error code 1.

HELP !

Hi @quack ,

I am terribly sorry for the lack of updates here. I’ve forwarded your urgent requests so we can resolve this as soon as possible.

Just checking in again for an update.
