without succes.

Can anyone help me?
Linux Mint 20.1; Cinnamon 4.8.6.
InSync 3.3.7.40937

Hi! Let me check this out and I’ll get back to you.

Hi @Roland1

Can you send us the output of apt-cache policy insync and when running insync show, does the Insync window open?

Thanks!

Sorry to have disturbed you. The problem lasted for some days, but is over now, I don’t know why.
When the problem shows up again, I will send you the data.
Thanks.

Dear Kurt,

Today, the icon did not show up.

roland@rolandlaptop:~$ apt-cache policy insync
insync:
Geïnstalleerd: 3.3.7.40937-focal
Kandidaat: 3.3.7.40937-focal
Versietabel:
*** 3.3.7.40937-focal 500
500 http://apt.insync.io/mint ulyssa/non-free amd64 Packages
100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

roland@rolandlaptop:~$ insync show
Now Insync was visible, but when closing. the icon, again, was not visible.
Regards,

I also no longer see the Insync icon, but for me it no longer mounts Google Drive, no longer syncs, etc. When I try to launch it, it says that one is already running, and it will now quit. But the first one does nothing. Dell laptop, Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. Insync 1.5.7.

“Insync show” does not show anything, acts as if it did, and it just sits and waits for completion of it.

“apt-cache policy insync” shows:
insync:
Installed: 1.5.7.37371-xenial
Candidate: 1.5.7.37371-xenial
Version table:
*** 1.5.7.37371-xenial
