Insync in formatted machine

Ive just reinstalled insync and Im a bit confused the data was synced back to:
Insync/vfbsilva@gmail.com/Google\ Drive/

Buty I expected it to go to my /home. I’m also not sure my new created files are being synched. On the options I have:

If I try to select my /home again it reports I contains a folder already being synched (the one above) whats the fix for this?
