Insync is deleting all file but keeping the folder structure while restructuring the folder structure

I recently experiencing a problem with insync 3.8.7.50505

This software had an issue while syncing the changing of folder structure on synced cloud, insync is deleting all file but keeping the folder structure

Almost losing all of my MBA thesis because of it, please keep an eye on this issue.

@fahmi My deepest apologies for the issue! Could you please confirm if it’s deleting the files locally or in the cloud?

Please send your logs to support@insynchq.com after Insync is closed and include the following:

  • Name of the file/s that’s experiencing the deletion (around 2-3 file names will do)
  • logs.db
  • out.txt
  • The link to this Forums post

You can find your logs by following this guide. If these are too big for an attachment, feel free to upload the files in the cloud and send us a shared link so we can download these.
