Insync is energy hog on Mac

Hi,

I run the latest version of Insyn on a Macbook Pro Catalina 10.15.4. When running Insync, it’s usually the top process having an energy impact, the laptop slows down and runs hot. Is there any way to fix this? Currently, I run Insync to sync my files and then quit. It’s annoying.

Hi @ebullen,

This seems to be related to a memory leak issue. Are you viewing a huge memory consumption on your Activity Monitor?

Please also send your logs and include the following files in the folder:

  • logs.db
  • out.txt
  • data folder
  • live folder

If these are too big for an attachment, feel free to send us a link so we can download these.
