Insync not recognizing external drive with Linux Mint

I recently did a clean reinstall of my OS (Linux Mint 22.2 Cinnamon). Before that, Insync worked fine between my external Seagate drive and my Google Drive. When I went to reinstall Insync, I can’t get it to recognize the external drive. It keeps giving me an error “Could not read the contents of usb-Seagate_Ultra_SlimMT_NA95J5WF-0:0-part1” and the message goes on to say “Error when getting information for file [filename]: Input/Output error”

So I switched over to Windows and accessed the drive and deleted the file in question, but I still get the same message, even though the file is deleted.

Hi @sirenwerks,

Very sorry for the trouble you’ve been dealing with! Could you please send the logs.db and out.txt files to support@insynchq.com? These can be found in ~/.config/Insync.
