Insync on WD My Cloud NAS box

Has anyone installed Insync on a Western Digital My Cloud NAS device?
I’d love to have my WD box backed up to my Gdrive. I know you can SSH into the WD box and it runs a slimmed down version of Debian.
Thoughts? Well wishes? Advice?

@RobL: I’m not sure what exact version of Debian is running on that but maybe these steps could serve as a starting point: (LINUX) Portable Package going on Synology Diskstation, running DSM 5.0.
