Insync Portable Not Syncing

I’m using Insync Portable on a Raspberry Pi, and it doesn’t seem to be picking up changes on Google Drive. It syncs once fine, but when I go and make changes to a file on Google Drive directly, those changes are never synced. I’ve confirmed that Insync is running, and waited a day to see if it eventually picked it up which it didn’t.

I am using the export option to Office format if that matters.

I’m new to Insync so don’t be afraid to ask basic questions to try and get to the bottom of this. Thanks!
