Insync randomly quits for no apparent reason

Hey folks, for some reason ever since I updated my windows 10 pro pc from 1607 to 1703 insync randomly quits. The right-click context menu disappears as well as the tray icon. This has been happening for the last month across insync versions from 1.3.15 (or 16?) to current version. I’ve even done a fresh install of 1.3.21. There doesn’t seem to be any pattern to it. I simply have to restart insync and it works fine, until it silently quits again. Can someone please look at my log file to figure out why this is happening. Where do I send it? Thanks.

Hi there, can you send in your log files and the link to this post to support@insynchq.com?

So support got back to me suggesting I whitelist the appdata//roaming/insync and the exes or disable bitdefender. I tried both, whitelisted the folder and the insync.exe, insync_cef.exe, and every other exe I could find. insync continues to randomly quit. And now my laptop is also experiencing this issue. Looking through the windows event view I see this:

Thank you for taking the time to post back here with their response. It would be helpful if support did that automatically for every post so we aren’t left guessing.
