Insync stopped working (NSS version mismatch)

After today’s update of Opensuse Tumbleweed, insync stopped working. Currently installed versions:

  • insync 3.9.2.60014.

  • mozilla-nss 3.96.1-1.2 (provides /lib64/libnss3.so)

    ~ insync start --no-daemon

Hi @kusi,

Apologies for the late revert. Could you try the Fedora 38 version for now? We have received a couple of reports that this version is working. Let me know how it goes for you while we work on a better solution. Thank you!

Hi @mia

Hi @mr-flibble, we update the threads whenever fixes are deployed.

Could you let me know if you’re getting a white, blank screen when starting Insync on your F40 machine?

@mia
Hello. I’m not getting any visible screen. Maybe icon on taskbar for couple seconds and then nothing.
When running via terminal, I’m getting identical error like kusi Insync stopped working (NSS version mismatch)

@mr-flibble Could you please send your logs.db and out.txt files to support@insynchq.com with the link to this Forums post?

I’ll have this investigated further. Thank you!
