Insync stuck on a few tiny files

Insync installation on Linux… was working fine for months. Now it’s stuck it can’t sync a few tiny files. Insync 3.8.6.50504

Syncing screen is stuck saying /home/chris/Google/bin/ scanning…
then 4 files listed, all under 5KB, say “uploading 0 bytes of…” and they never move. Tried rebooting, restarting the app, pausing and resuming the app… don’t know what else to try.

I have the same issue on Ubuntu. Latest version of Insync

Hi @swjpilot! Could you send an email to support@insynchq.com with the link to this post? Please also include the following:

  • screenshot of stuck files as shown on the Insync app
  • logs.db and out.txt files, which can be found in ~/.config/Insync on your Ubuntu machine
