Insync stuck "Scanning For Changes" HELP ME URGENT

Hi team Insync, PLS HELP ME…

Everytime, i restart my Computer my insynch stuck in “scanning For changes”,

i tired to :

  • reinstall version. 1.5.7 still stuck
  • downgrade version 1.5.5 (FIX!, but just a few moments after restart i got stuck again.)
  • try to re-install the app and log in to your Google Account again. still stuck.

i have 350 gb in my gdrive…

I’m really sorry for this! Could you please try to:

  1. Remove your account from Insync
  2. Uninstall
  3. Reinstall
  4. Add your account again

thanks for reply, i try your suggestion, but still no activity, and no progress changes… still stuck on scanning for changes

what i try,

  1. Remove my account from Insync
  2. Uninstall
  3. Reinstall
  4. Add your account again
  5. select folder to my drive, folder already created
  6. sync later
  7. and no progress, nothing changes… still stuck
