Yesterday, out of the blue Insync statrted uploading lots of files. These all appear to be files which have been in drive and unchanged for months or even years. I see no reason why they should be uploaded all of a sudden. Many of the files I see getting uploaded were not created by me but by someone else on my team, I never ever touched them, yet now I uploaded them to gdrive and appear as owner despite timestamp both locally and on web interface being 2 years old.
Currently I paused syncing in fear of ruining the shared data for everyone until I figure out what is happening.

I failed to find in your privacy policy anything about logs I may send to you such as this.
I assume the log will contain file names I have which are potentially very sensitive. Where can I see guidelines as to what you do with this information? And when do you dispose of it?
@Meir_Maor: Yes the logs could contain file names. We have posted no guidelines about this unfortunately. We’ll delete the logs immediately after we have resolved your issue.
