Insync UI - empty white box

Sometimes, when I click on the insync icon in the system tray, it just pops up a plain white box with nothing in it (and no Windows controls on the box either). The only way I know to reset this is to stop and restart the agent. I am using v3.0.28

Can you let me know if you’ve tried to reinstall Insync when this happened? Does the issue persist after doing so?
