I am getting this error - Unexpected error doing AddCloudGDItem:cannotdownloadabusivefile Only the owner can download abusive files.
Seems to have stalled operation, how do I resolve this.

Could you let me know if you have a firewall that might be blocking your sync? If you haven’t sent your logs to support@insynchq.com, please do so and include the link to this post.
