InSync v3 stuck uploading in Ubuntu Linux

There’s a problem, I have a folder with 6,000 files. the size of 3GB.
I have free space on Google Drive and on my computer.
I am running on Linux.
And I have problem, the uploading progress is stuck from yesterday, I tried to restart the computer and everything. But I couldn’t solve the problem.
It uploaded almost half of the files, and now it’s stuck and refusing to continue.

and this file called HEAD is refusing to upload no matter what
