Great question. I’m sure others will have their own inputs, but I’ll start with a few of my favorites:
- multiple accounts; the Google Drive for Mac/PC app doesn’t support this natively. That said, you may find workarounds online but I haven’t tried any
- external and network drive backups + syncing; again, not natively supported by Drive for Mac/PC. We recently wrote about this in our blog
- Google Docs to Office format conversion; with this feature enabled, you have the flexibility of editing your docs with either Google Docs on your browser or with a program like MS Office on your desktop/laptop and the edits sync seamlessly
