Insync with Microsoft Sharepoint and Teams

Hi there,

Is it possible to use Insync to synchronize files from/to a customer Sharepoint ?
bidirectional ? only download ? only upload ?

Same question for Microsoft Teams ?

  • Is there any restriction ?
  • specific version of Insync to use ?
  • Is it possible to configure a specific account to be used (even if it’s not the one used to register Insync) ?

Hi @HDE!

Yes, you can do a bidirectional (2-way) and/or unidirectional sync (1-way) on SharePoint. Please note that a Company Sync plan is required to sync SharePoint files if you are using the Desktop Version.

You can specify an account to be used, meaning you can buy the license using your account, but assign it to another user account.

Insync does not support Microsoft Teams at the moment.
