Insync With Ubuntu 18.04

Trying to sync my Onedrive to an external SSD using Ubuntu 18.04 but folder on OneDrive keep getting duplicated and is causing a lot of confusion, and extra administration trying to sort them out.

Worried about loosing vauluable irrplaceaaable data as well.

Can anyone help please and tell me what the problems is - hoping this would be my main backup for my OneDrive

@PatK100 hi! So sorry for the trouble :frowning: Is the duplication happening on OneDrive web, or on your local OneDrive folder?

Could you also let me know if the external SSD already had the OneDrive files prior to setting up your account with Insync?

Thanks for replying - the duplication is happening on the OneDrive web and the SSD has nothing on it at all.

Please also send your logs to support@insynchq.com and include the following files in the folder:

  • logs.db
  • out.txt
  • data folder
  • live folder

If these are too big for an attachment, feel free to send us a link so we can download these.
