Hello I’m not able to sync with google drive, sync is stopped with 12 files.
When contacting support, I was asked to go up using Google Drive Web! Is that serious? This would not be the function of InSync???

Do you mind sending your latest logs to support@insynchq.com (with the link to this post) and include the following files in the folder:
- logs.db
- out.txt
- data folder
- live folder
If these are too big for an attachment, feel free to send us a link so we can download these. I will check for any errors so I can escalate this to our engineers accordingly.
