I have 2 laptops and I sync between this two. One of the Insync doesn’t want to start and sync the files. Each time I have to shut down and restart the program and takes more than 5 minutes to scan the change. I contacted the customer support and they told me the engineer will contact me. This is two weeks ago. Still I am waiting and each time I have to restart the Insync. I hope somebody in this forum will read this and try to fix the problem. It becomes not acceptable.
