Insync Won't Update Properly

I keep getting a notification that 3.3.4.40916 is available, but when I click on “Update and restart app”, the app closes and looks like it’s updating, but upon reloading, I get the same exact notification again. Something is fouled up in the updating functionality.

I’ve downloaded the standalone installer for the above version but am afraid to run it and screw up the existing installation. The notification to update is getting annoying.

Any help?

Sorry about that! We tested auto-updates across Mac, Linux, and Windows before the release, so this is a bit odd. :thinking:

To make sure you update properly, just quit 3.3.3 (or whichever older version you have) and then run the standalone 3.3.4 installer. What’s your OS?
