I’m tired of the constant problems that the developers of the new Insync3 are unable to solve. The truth is that the current state of the application is such that it cannot be considered as fully functional.
The transition from Insyns 1.x to 3.x was completely unprepared and paying users only play the role of testers. They are basically hostages to developers because, as paying customers, they tend to wait for an acceptable solution. But this is not coming … !!!
Insync Support is not able to solve most of the reported problems, support responds to direct communication with a long delay and inadequately. The discussion forum has been totally ignored by developers for a long time.
