Today I got a notification with my ESET Antivirus (on Win 10) that InsyncShellExtensions.dll is suspicious. Anyone else seeing that? I have reported to ESET. Am running v3.1.1.40765.
I have gotten this too when InSync upgrades (at least twice) but for an exe file. I do not know if the company needs to contact ESET so they can allow the AV engine to ignore it or if InSync is doing something weird within their DLL to make the AV mark it as a threat!
The “file” is the same DLL (InsyncShellExtensions.dll). I managed to get in touch with ESET and they confirmed it is a false positive and will be fixed in the next update.
