Is there a tutorial for using Insync?

I’m lost with this one-way and two-way syncing. Then there’s outdated support info on these forums. Then “caveats”. Can you make this any more confusing?

I have 3 paid licenses. 2 from 2014 and 1 from 2020. For the time being, I just deleted insync because I don’t want to lose my data.

Is there a tutorial with examples? Sure would be nice if it just worked like the big sync clients.
