Just reinstalled, doesn't sync at all now

I had used inSync in previous versions, but it would just hang and not sync, so I gave up on it, since support couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working. Trying out the new version, and now it doesn’t sync at all, and doesn’t show me any errors, or any kind of processing info. Before I trash this copy, I thought I’d try one more time to troubleshoot it. Any thoughts?

@mediajolt What previous version of Insync did you use? It’s possible that the old application data is no longer usable, or that the syncing issue with it persists. When you reinstalled, did you also clear the application data (at ~/Library/Application Support/Insync)?

A reboot of the computer seemed to fix the problem. Probably should be a recommendation when installing the app anyway.
