License for new account

I have a license for a Google account and I like it.
Now I wish a new license for another Google account.

How can I buy it? Should I log in to the dashboard with the older e-mail and add a new license or I have to create a new login using the other e-mail?

  • The link to this Forums post (for easy reference)
  • The receipt of your Google account license
