(Linux) How to sync folders outside of the Insync folder

I have Centos 6.8, I am running insync-portable.

  1. How can I add a new folder to be synced which is outside the insync folder /home/[username]/email@gmail.com
    e.g. /home/[username]/Documents ? What is the proper CLI command?

In windows this is easily done with the insync GUI.

  1. Is there a linux GUI available for this?

@J_K: You can do this by adding a symlink to /home/[username]/Documents inside /home/[username]/email@gmail.com.
