I have the parameter “fs.inotify.max_user_watches” defined on my file /etc/sysctl.conf. But after installing Insync, the installer repeats this parameter, inserting another value.
I think that the good practice is modify the value already in the file (not duplicating the parameter in the file).

Thank you for bringing this up! I’ll forward this to our engineer and update you as soon as I know more. 
Also, do not edit the /etc/sysctl.conf file, but add (and maintain) Insyc’s. own file in /etc/sysctl.d/ such as /etc/sysctl.d/10-insync-sysctrl.conf.
We have lined this up in our pipeline for improvements. No ETA yet, but I wanted to also thank @k7ki for the assist!
