seems this was a topic years ago - synced gmail and hotmail one drive, stuck in exchange onedrive. only 400 small files in the cloud. uninstalled (all the way down to the .config file) and reinstalled. something smells foul in the state of my insync. (also if it deletes my onedrive files on its own one more time, its the spanish inquisition for ye) . (also, how do i delete one of my 3 accounts???)
Hi @ofer_barsadeh! Could you confirm where it gets stuck exactly? Is it at the “Insync is loading your files…” upon adding your account or even after you’ve set up your account?
We would like to request for your logs for further investigation. Kindly note that logs may contain sensitive information like file names and metadata, but we never have access to its contents. It will only be used for debugging purposes.
If you agree to this, please send your logs to support@insynchq.com after quitting Insync and include the following:
- logs.db
- out.txt
You can find your logs by following this guide. If these are too big for an attachment, feel free to upload the files in the cloud and send us a shared link so we can download these.
