I’m using Insync installed via APT on Ubuntu 20.04. I had to change the base (local) “My Drive” folder for both the main google account drive and its parent “Shared with me folder”.
Every time I boot I see an error on Insync. The error is that it doens’t keep the change of the local folder for “Shared with me”. Every time it tries to find the old folder.
I had this problem in the past as well. When you install Insync, by default it wants to create ~/Insync with subfolders with having names that I don’t like. So every time I have to change the base folder and it gives error. However, in the past after 2-3 iteration it magically worked…now it’s the 10th time that it looses my setting.
There’s any config file where I can simply change this?
