Macos menubar icon flashes dim/bright

Running Insync Version 3.8.6.50504 on macOS 13.6.1 on a 2019 Intel-based Macbook Air.

I do not see this same feature on my other machine (Intel-based Mac Mini). My files appear to still sync. However, the flashing catches my eye, which is a bit annoying.

Thoughts as to how to remedy this feature?
