Migrating the gmail id my insync purchase is tied to

I had gotten in touch and asked an insync customer support if it will be possible to transfer my insync single account purchase to another account after a couple of years, as I was buying it for a company domain managed by Google, and I expected not to be very long in that company. I had gone ahead and bought it as the customer support executive had said yes.

Now that I am out of that company and can no longer use that account, I would like to tie my insync purchase to another email account. I can’t see any information on the website.

Can someone help me here?

@soumendra Please send an email request to transfer to support@insynchq.com. Please include your old Google accounts associated with your Insync subscription and your new Google account where we will transfer your subscription.

Also, please note that the new Google account is currently on Insync trial. :smile:
