Need to change email billing address

I first signed up and used one email to pay for my Insync account, but I need to remove that email from my Insync account.

When I attempt to remove that email account, it states that I cannot remove an email account that was used to pay the bill.

I need to transfer the current billing account to another.

How do I go about this? I emailed support and am waiting a response…
