New folder created but no sync with Google drive

When creating a new folder on the local machine (Ubuntu) drive there is no sync with google drive, you need to pause and start the insynchq app to populate the folder in google drive.

But, when creating a folder on google drive, it syncs right on a local machine.

Please advise
