I have been away from InSync fof while but recenlty installed it on a Linux laptop and synced my drive. Seemed to go well. However, when I create new folders on my phone or on the Drive web site they are not being synced to my laptop. What am I doing wrong?
Hi @Christian_Dysthe. Could you go to the “Folder Settings” tab (same row as “My Drive”), and let me know if “Sync new children of partial folders” is enabled? If not, then kindly check the box. This would allow new files and folders to be automatically synced to your laptop.
You can test this first: enable the setting, then add a test file/folder and wait for it to sync (indicated by a green check).

@mia Thanks! That seems to take care of it. While I am at it. How do I set it so that everything is seamlessly synced between computers (with InSync), phone and web site? I would like to just set it and forget it
