I did a fresh install of Mint 18.1 with Cinnamon desktop (64 bit). Every time I launch insync it either crashes immediately, or allows me to go as far as to add the account and then crashes again. I had originally tried with Mint 19, but this failed as well. My laptop has Mint 18.1 and runs insync just fine.
On another note, occasionally the setup process will actually cause the system to freeze (I can still move the mouse, but nothing responds and I cannot switch to virtual terminal). Can someone help me?
