New Version 1.2.3 is ignoring one of my accounts

When I click on Insync the menu comes up and only 2 of my 3 accounts show on the bar at the top. There are also several errors that say “Can’t download” - “Parent is missing” in the error window. When I right click on the Insync icon in the tray the account shows on the list but explorer doesn’t open when I left click on the account. I tried adding the account again by clicking the + sign next to the accounts that are working but Insync reported that the account already exists and is being synced.

I believe this started happening when the pre release version of 1.2 came out but I couldn’t tell because the menu didn’t work then.

@joddde04103 What is the operating system you are running? Please send us your logs.db and out.txt file to support@insynchq.com.

I sent the logs a few days ago. Any ideas? I can add new accounts and two other old ones are working but my most important and largest one is not. It also won’t let me re add it thus I can’t remove then re add it either. Not that I would want to resync 5TB anyway.

Yes we got the logs and unfortunately, you have a corrupted db.

Here’s how to get it working again:

I did this and it does recognize the account now. I had a backup disk of this 6TB of data that I populated the directories with after deleting the database. Now Insych is just sitting there with 680000 files queued +/- but isn’t transferring anything. What can I do to speed this up. It’s had 600,000 to 700,000 files queued for a week with no real transferring action.
