No "Apply" Button on Convert to...Desktop Format

Issue: There is no “Apply” button in the dialog below to change from the default “Do not convert…”. Perhaps I’m missing something!

I might be getting something along the lines of this issue also. I just tried toggling the “Start Insync at login” on my win 10 laptop install, and didn’t get an “Apply Changes” button at the bottom. When I try toggling it in my win 10 desktop install, I get the button, and all works as normal.

Running v1.4.1.37037 on both systems.

I’ll try uninstalling, rebooting, and reinstalling it on the laptop to see if it was just a fluke, or an odd issue.

Edit: After uninstalling, rebooting, and reinstalling, it works fine now. I get the green “Apply Changes” button now. Odd that it didn’t show up the first time.
