Not syncing, but processing

It says, 386547 items queued, goes down to 386400 and then back again, for days… whay should I do?

Seems to be working now… deleted this folder

\AppData\Roaming\Insync\dbs

and started over, and only added 80 thousand files and forced sync on some directories Let’s see how it moves on…
