What is the error message you are getting? How long it is not syncing?

Hi,
My account has been freezed for over a month showing 35789 files waiting to sync and it doesnt change the status.
Insync doesnt show all the folders im trying to sync as well.
The email im using is jpsaffie@miuandes.cl ; not the one Im currently writing from
